Sobre una vez cada dos semanas la verja abierte con llave y el perro este andar sobre Vejer solo. Este perro abandona. Los perros necesitan companerismo.

For the Attention of the Local Police and the Town Hall

I would like to complain and to make an official denouncement. A person called (put first name and Surname here) lives at (put full address here) on the ground floor on the corner. This person is the owner of the dog. I have been told that he works at (place of work if known) and is a (job description if known).

The dog is of a happy disposition, very gentle, friendly and lovable. (Breed or description of the dog and colour of dog.) I hope that you can find a better new home for the dog.

The dog is left alone for 24 hours. No water or food and no bed. Cold and in the dark. It howls for five hours each day. Sometimes the neighbours put out water and food. About once every two weeks the gate is opened and left unlocked so that the dog can walk about Vejer alone. This dog is neglected. Dogs need company.

Does it have a microchip?

All dogs and their owners must be registered at the Town Hall - is this dog and owner on the Register at Vejer Town Hall?

Is it vaccinated to protect it against rabies?

The treatment of this dog is cruel. Please help it.
